NZL series electric grease pump is a plunger grease pump for use in grease single line resistance lubrication system or progressive lubrication system. In the resistance lubrication system, the grease can be proportionally distributed to each lubrication point through the control parts; In the progressive lubrication system, each distributor is composed of an independent lubrication system, which can be regularly and quantitatively distributed to each lubrication point under the monitoring of the host PLC or external controller.
Features and advantages
1.The pump is driven by a reducer motor to reciprocate the plunger to realize the process of suction and discharge oil;
2.by the host PLC or external controller control pump cycle;
3.the use of pressure oil pan, vacuum oil absorption;
