PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The XY electric lubricant pump is a gear pump improved from the original XC electric lubricant pump. Compared with the original XC type, its structure is more reasonable, performance is better, the scope of application is more extensive, self-absorption performance has been greatly improved, volume efficiency is higher. With a volume of 2 liters, 3 liters, and 4 liters, the pump is equipped with a level switch, pressure switch, connected to the controller on the pump, which enables the monitoring of the fluid level in the tank pressure of the oil transmission system.

Features and advantages

1, the pump is driven by the gear motor plunger reciprocating motion, to achieve the process of suction, oil discharge;

2, by the host PLC or external controller to control the working cycle of the pump;

3, the use of oil pressure discs, vacuum oil absorption;

4, with a regulator valve, control the operating pressure of the lubrication pump, to protect its work safety

5, with a defluorination valve, in order to eliminate the lubrication of the pump cavity air, to ensure that the lubrication pump drain oil smooth

7, with a low oil level transmitter, low oil level signal output

8, with a normally open electromagnetic discharge valve to close the lubrication pump in the return port, lubrication pump stop working, electromagnetic discharge valve open the return port, shorten the system discharge time, improve work efficiency, (optional)

9, the use of fuel run through the oil filter to the oil pump tank refueling, reduce impurities, air mixed into the lubrication system, improve the effectiveness of the lubrication system;
